How are my voice recordings provided to me?

Your voice recordings will be provided to you in a digital format, such as MP3 or WAV, via a secure online link. You will receive an email with the link and instructions on how to access and download your audio files shortly after your event.

How long does it take to get my voice recording file?

We aim to deliver your voice recording files within 3-5 business days after the return of the Audio Guestbook Phone. However, during peak periods, it may take up to 7 business days to process and send your files.

What are the additional costs that might be involved?

The basic rental fee covers the Audio Guestbook Phone, setup, and standard delivery of your voice recordings.
